Working between London and Madrid, the project was to conceive the innovative next generation global banking experience. Openbank (Santander Group).

Key Contributions

  • Planned and executed qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, benchmarking, and personas, shaping user-centered strategies and driving impactful design solutions.

  • Facilitated workshops with users and senior stakeholders to align goals and generate innovative solutions.

  • Mapped and analyzed user journeys to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Designed wireframes and both low- and high-fidelity prototypes to support iterative development.

  • Worked within an Agile framework, ensuring continuous innovation and collaboration across teams.
