Planned and executed qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, benchmarking, and personas, shaping user-centered strategies and driving impactful design solutions.
Facilitated workshops with users and senior stakeholders to align goals and generate innovative solutions.
Mapped and analyzed user journeys to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Designed wireframes and both low- and high-fidelity prototypes to support iterative development.
